Support Us

We are always keen to find new people and churches to partner with in our work with schools. Here are three ways in which you can support the work we do in Newham:

1. Pray for the work we do.

We produce a half termly prayer letter that you can sign up to receive each half term by emailing our administrator on leonie@faithinschools.co.uk. We also hold monthly daytime prayer meetings that you can attend and pray with us for the work we do. Prayer Meeting Flyer. Finally you can use the 'diary' page to see what we are doing in schools on a daily basis and pray accordingly.

2. Train to become one of our volunteers.

We hold training throughout the year to help local Christians join in with the work we do in schools and with churches. To see when are next training session is click here. If you would be interested in finding out more about coming into schools with us and talking about your faith please email our administrator at leonie@faithinschools.co.uk.

3. Give financially towards the work we do.

A gift of £10 a month will provide the finances needed for children in Newham to have two RE lessons about the Christian faith annually. There are 3 ways you can give: a) Click on the donate button below now if you, your church or trust would like to support the work we do; b) text the word 'FAITH' to 70660 to set up a monthly gift of £10 a month to be given to our work; c) Fill out our standing order and take it in to your bank. Finally if you pay tax please complete our gift aid form and we can claim back from the government 20% of your gift towards our work.

£60 pays for a lesson to be delivered to 30 children
£120 pays for a morning or afternoon of lessons to 60 children.
